BCNA wagons with four wheels were the smallest wagons used by Indian Railways and were discontinued in mid 80s. These wagons were covered and were proficient of being water proof in maximum circumstances like in heavy rain and were used to move freight in all weather conditions from one to another continents. The Max. axle load was approximately 10.16t with 12.27t tare payload of 28.36t. These wagons were capable of running at maximum speed of 60 kmph when loaded and 80kmph when empty.
